This journey began in my Nonna's kitchen – where sleepovers meant flour-covered counters and the smell of fresh treats. Later, it became Wednesday nights with Aunty Lala, watching Bake Off while creating our own (slightly messy) masterpieces. Baking was always my escape, my therapy, my joy.
